Vocational high school teachers' perceptions of organizational silence

This study was conducted to determine the organizational silence perceptions of teachers who work in public high schools Bağcılar district, Istanbul province Turkey, and specify whether they differ according different variables. The survey model used study. research performed with 323 working vocational district 2017-2018 academic year. In study, random sampling method employed. "Personal Information Form" "Organizational Silence Scale" were as data collection tools. research, descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis variance, Kruskal-Wallis test performed. general perceived by school found be "low." It revealed that did not vary gender, educational level, professional seniority, subject, union membership, while varied depending on age.
